The first buds of October are developing well. Pacific Blue buds lead the way as it always does. The flowers should be out in early November (depending of course on the weather) and for this species at their peak in mid December.
Grosso (our other lavender species) is always later flowering, it looks like their first buds should appear in early to mid November.
It has been a really wet season so all of the growth in both lavender species (and weeds!) has sprung away. We have finished our major hand weeding for the season but will need to lightly hand weed again just before harvest.
