You can grow the best Lavender in the world but unless its distilled well you may not get the best from your hard work. We take our lavender to Herbal Visionz who use a steam distillation plant to extract fine quality oil.

Once the lavender arrive Keith and Charlotte work with us to unload the lavender into a large pot. Once the distillation machine is up to temperature the steam is pushed through the pot with oil and the water separating out due to their difference in weight.

It’s a fantastic sight to see the clear sweet smelling liquid start to drip out – it’s the real oil!
